Are headaches your daily uninvited companion? According to Earl Mindell, R.P.h. Ph.D. a surprisingly effective vitamin-mineral regimen for headaches is: 100mg. niacin 3 times daily with food.  100mg. B complex (time release) 2 times daily.  Calcium and magnesium ( twice as much calcium as  magnesium is the proper ratio), which are nature's tranquilizers.   For migraines try: White willow bark or feverfew capsules 3 times daily;  Dual action St. John's Wort complex 1-2 times daily; Ginkgo Biloba 60mg. A.M. and P.M. may help prevent migraines.  Try eat combination separately and add together as needed.
