Smart People Eat Smart Nutrients

Antioxidant  supplements-which include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs have been deemed smart nutrients.  Vitamins E, B1, B12, B3, B6, grapeseed extract, lipoic acid, folic acid, choline, L-carnitine, phenylalanine, DHA, DMAE, foti-root, schizandra berry, l-glutamine, vinpocetine, ginkgo biloba, gotu kola, magnesium, pregnenolone, phosphatidylcholine,  inositol and zinc are some of the smart nutrients that are available.  None of these brain-boosters will make you an Einstein, however they can help you remember where you placed your car keys.
