Cholesterol Question

What is the difference, as far as lowering cholesterol is concerned, between polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils? Polyunsaturated oils such as sunflower, corn, safflower and soy, lower the bad and the good LDL/HDL cholesterol. Monounsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola not only reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL), but raise the good (HDL) levels.
