The Atkins diet; The Zone diet; Weight Watchers; Jenny Craig; Liquid protein diets; The South Beach diet; Zen macrobiotic diet; Kelp, lecithin,vinegar, B6 diet; etc. Remember that weight loss diets are only temporary and should not become a lifestyle.  Most weight loss diets create chemical and nutritional imbalances.  At the end of the day one should choose an alkaline  dominant lifestyle which includes spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing.
