Beets, Liver and Gallbladder



Are you having trouble with your liver or gallbladder? Does your liver need to be detoxified because of too much fried oily foods.  Red Beets are considered as king of the vegetables because it is an excellent liver and gallbladder cleanser. A beet a day will keep the doctor away. You have a unhappy liver if your tongue is coated, circles under the eyes, bloating, foggy brain, bad breath, unpleasant mood changes, depression, headaches, high blood pressure, fluid retention, unstable blood sugar levels, can't tolerate fatty foods, fatigue and excessive body heat.  Start drinking beets, carrots, celery and apple juice twice daily. Blend in a blender to make a smoothie and then dilute with water into juice form.
